Course Description:
This course will teach students the basic steps for setting up a server as a website
Students will examine various server plaforms and their exisiting environments for their
benefits and limitations. Using a designated server as the website model, students will gain
an understanding of Internet communications technology. The course meets four hours weekly.
Course Objectives:
- I will be able to know how to set up a Web server
- Learn to put sounds and resource maps into a page
- Learn how to secure a website and insert e-mails
- Learn how to maintain a website and server
